Diet is the MOST important aspect to healthy living. And with all the fads out today, eating healthy may be confusing. Should you choose low-fat, low sugar, low salt, no carbs, all meat, a detox? There is a different diet out each week. Or maybe you should just grab some frozen diet meals, which can get expensive and loaded with sodium and preservatives. Or maybe you want to buy the pre-packaged plans or attend meetings, which won’t teach you how to live. OR maybe you can allow your Fire Fitness coach to customize a balanced diet of real food that will fit a healthy lifestyle.
Basic Diet Plan: $100- I can help you create a diet that isn’t really a diet, but a livable way to eat. I give you meal ideas and an idea of what proper food prtions should be.
Kitchen Clean-up and Food prep: $100- If you are in the Chicago area, I can come to you and assist with meal preparation. You will have me for 1.5 hours and will get an approved shopping list. We will cook together and give you an idea how to plan out meals for the week.
Accountability Coaching: $50 per month (2 month minimum + $50 initial fee)- You get a diet plan, but you also get on-going support. I provide you with accountabilities and goals. And we will have weekly check-ins to assess progress.
